World Administrative Radio Conference

WARC refers to the conferences convened regularly by the United Nations'
International Telecommunications Union (ITU) to allocate and regulate radio
frequencies for the purposes of television and radio broadcasting,
telephone data communications, navigation, maritime and aeronautical
communication, and satellite broadcasting.
