Transmission Gas Company
A company which obtains at least 90 percent of its gas operating revenues from sales for resale and/or transportation of gas for others and/or main line sales to industrial customers and classifies at least 90 percent of mains (other than service pipe) as field and gathering, storage and/or transmission. (AGA1)
