Revenue Bonds
The most common form of financing for port authorities. The bonds usually name a specific facility whose income is pledged as security. The power to issue revenue bonds, as well as any other fiscal power, must come from the authority's charter or legislative acts authorizing the creation of such an authority. (TNDOT1)
