Principal Place of Business
A single location designated by the motor carrier, normally its headquarters, where records required by 49 CFR 387, 390, 391, 395, and 396 will be maintained. Provisions in this subchapter are made for maintaining certain records at locations other than the principal place of business. (49CFR390)
