(See also Motorcycle, Motor-Driven Cycle) Includes motorized bicycles equipped with a small engine, typically 2 horsepower or less. Minibikes, dirt bikes, and trail bikes are excluded. Note that a motorized bicycle may or may not be licensed for highway use. (FHWA3)
