Liquid Phase
A material that meets the definition of liquid when evaluated at the higher of the temperature at which it is offered for transportation or at which it is transported, not at the 37.8 degree C (100 degree F) temperature specified in American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) specification D4359-84.
