Intrastate Pipeline
A natural gas pipeline company engaged in the transportation, by pipeline, of natural gas not subject to the jurisdiction of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) under the Natural Gas Act. (DOE1) (DOE5)
A pipeline or that part of a pipeline to which 49 CFR 195.2 applies that is not an interstate pipeline. (49CFR195)
