International and Territorial Operations
The operation of aircraft flying between the 50 United States and foreign points, between the 50 United States and U.S. possessions and territories, and between two foreign points. Includes both the combination passenger/cargo and the all-cargo carriers engaged in international and territorial operations. (FAA14)
