Establishment
A single physical location where business is conducted or where services or industrial operations are performed. Examples of railroad establishments include, but are not limited to: an operating division; general office; and a major installation such as a locomotive or car repair or construction facility. For employees who are engaged in dispersed operations, such as track maintenance workers, the "establishment' is the location where these employees report for work assignments. (FRA2)
