Disqualification

1) The suspension, revocation, cancellation, or any other withdrawal by a State of a person's privileges to drive a commercial motor vehicle or 2) A determination by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), under the rules of practice for motor carrier safety contained in 49 CFR 386, that a person is no longer qualified to operate a commercial motor vehicle under 49 CFR 391; or 3) The loss of qualification which automatically follows conviction of an offense listed in 49 CFR 383.51. (49CFR383)
