Commuter Air Carrier

An air taxi operator which performs at least five round trips per week between two or more points and publishes flight schedules which specify the times, days of the weeks and plans between which such flights are performed. (FAA6)

An air carrier that operates aircraft with 30 seats or less and a maximum payload capacity of 7,500 pounds or less and performs at least five round trips per week between two or more points and publishes a flight schedule. (FAA11)
