Any material that is subject to the hazardous waste manifest requirements of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) specified in 40 CFR 262 or would be subject to these requirements absent an interim authorization to a State under 40 CFR 123, subpart F. (49CFR171) (49CFR390)
