BTS Transportation Dictionary

An air carrier certificated in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 121 to provide scheduled air freight, express,and mail transportation over specified routes, as well as to conduct nonscheduled operations that may include passengers. (FAA14)
