World Health Organization
The WHO (French: Organisation Mondiale de la Santâ, OMS) is a specialized
agency of the United Nations which sets standards for the quality control
of drugs, vaccines, and other substances affecting health. WHO was
established in July 1946; headquarters are in Geneva, Switzerland.
